How to lodge complaint to the school management on NOUN support platform and receive response from them

A lot of students have been finding it hard to complain to the school. Some students does not even know the site to complain while those that know the site does not know how to use the site to complain. 

NOUN GIST recall that the  management of National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) had  in June, 2022 provided a site which is the e-ticket platform where the student can make complain and receive response from the management. 

That's part of the innovation the school did for their Students in the year 2022.

The VC said that since Students are not present to "complain physically in the school just like conventional universities, where you can move from one department or offices to another to ask questions or make complain, so the management make every effort to bridge the distance between them and the university. From your home, you can now complain and the management will respond to you. 

What the management is trying to do in essence is _ bridging the Gap, bridging the distance," the VC said.

How to complain on NOUN support

1. Go to the NOUN support portal by clicking HERE 

2. Click the Open New Ticket menu.

3. Provide your matriculation number and phone number.

4. Select the category of an issue and select the subcategory also.

5. Enter your message body.

6. If you have a file/screenshot for attachment. Select the file. NOTE: Supported file type includejpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx not more than 5MB.

7. Click Send button to submit.

How to Access Your Existing Ticket

1. Click My Tickets menu.

2. Enter your matriculation number.

3. Enter your valid phone number.

4. Click Send button.
